New Members

The Wye River SLSC welcomes new members at any time of the year.  Please follow the instructions below to sign up and pay for your membership.  Once you have completed this process you will automatically receive all email communications and newsletters sent out to our members.


Step One: Create a Members Area account

Wye River SLSC requires new members to sign up online using the SLSA Members Area system.

Step Two: Make a Payment

You will then be prompted to make an online payment using the Payment Gateway with a credit card.  Your membership will remain "pending" as we cannot process it until payment has been received.

You will need to choose an appropriate amount to pay depending on your club membership:


New member fees in 2022/2023


    Family - $160

    (Includes parents and dependent children of any age (i.e. full time students)


    Family with concession/health care card- $100


    Nipper - $35

    (NB: Payable in addition to family membership)


    Senior active (18 yrs and over) - $80

    (Not payable if covered under family membership)


    Cadet active (15 – 18 yrs) - $70

    (Not payable if covered under family membership)


    Associate - $70

    (Non-active individual membership)


    Senior (60 yrs and over) - $40


Please note that all Nipper members must also be family members and we require at least one parent to also create a Members Area account and be a family member of the club.


Complete the form as follows (it should be automatically completed): Club is “Wye River”, transaction type is “Membership Fee”, payment details: list names of all the family members names who will be included in this membership on one line only and description of fee/s that you are paying. Then enter the amount you are paying.


Clicking "next" will take you to a Westpac secure site for your credit card details. You will receive an electronic receipt and our registrar will receive notification of your payment and membership renewal.


Alternatively, you can use Electronic Funds Transfer into our bank account: details, BSB: 033 637 Account number 104 748. Ref: Your full name.


Optional Step 3: Family Groups


Setting up a Family Group will make the membership renewal process simpler for families. Family groups allow for the grouping of people to allow for bulk processing by a responsible adult (usually a parent).


One parent (the Primary Member) should create a Members Area account and then click on the “Family” tab (under the Memberships menu) and click "Create Family Group". Then complete all compulsory fields including the Family Group name and the names of all family members. NB: Other family members do not need to create a Members Area account, the Primary Member can renew their memberships once the Family Group has been created.
