2008-2009 Membership

The Wye River Surf Life Saving Club encourages you to renew your club membership for the 2008 – 2009 season.

If you would like to transfer membership directly into our account, BSB: 033 637, Account Number 104 748, please use your full name as reference

The membership forms are generated through our database with your previous information entered.  All you need to do is update changes and sign the form on the back.   Extra forms can be found on our website www.wyeriverslsc.asn.au with a link to the membership forms, or available from the address below.

Active members:  you must be financial before you requalify.    This rule will be strictly enforced to ensure that all of Wye Rivers’ active members are covered by Lifesaving Victoria’s insurance in their club activities.

As our Pipeline is now being sent out electronically could you please check that we have your correct email address.

A Working with Children form will need to be completed ASAP by all lifesavers over the age of 18 and any other member who has any active involvement in the club.  These forms are available from Post Offices and myself.

In continuing the clubs remembrance of one of our Life Members, Jack Nolan, whose life was extended by an organ transplant, I encourage you and your family to consider becoming organ donors by completing the Organ Donor Registry form which is enclosed.  We were the first lifesaving club in Australia to support the Registry, so please take time to discuss this issue with your family and contact me if you need extra forms
