ADDITIONAL CLUBHOUSE HIRE INFORMATION!
Clubhouse Bookings:
- Should you wish to utilise land or beach outside the confines of the clubhouse you are to make contact with Gary McPike from the Otway Coast Committee on 5237 6577 and gmcpike@gmail.net to gain appropriate approvals and public liability cover for your function.
- Wye River SLSC has a full BYO liquor license only. If you intend on selling any alcoholic beverages at your function it is a requirement for you to source the appropriate permit from the liquor licensing control board for your function. You must provide proof of such a permit within 30 days of the function date to the Wye River SLSC Committee.
- All functions need to be registered with the Apollo Bay Police Station at least two weeks prior to the function.

- At no time is the traffic flow within the Wye River Foreshore Caravan Park to be hindered by the function. Only the parking space directly to the front of the Clubhouse is to be used. One parking space only is allocated to the hirers. All other parking is then to be outside the confines of the Wye River Foreshore Caravan Park.
- Any use of the disabled parking space directly to the front of the clubhouse is to have appropriate signage clearly displayed at all times.
- All hirers are to minimse the impact of their function on the campers in the Wye River Foreshore caravan park at all times. No after hours noise, litter, damage to property or the surrounding environment, noisy egress to and from the clubhouse is to occur. Direct complaints against the function will be seen as detremental to the clubs reputation and will result in a full loss of bond.
The committee reserves the right at any time to determine a function as inappropriate, cancel the booking and withold the full bond should any of the above points not be adhered to at any time. |
